Ioanna Studios & Apartments are consisting of 3 buildings which situated 150m from the magnificent beach of Agios Prokopios and offer everything you need for a comfort and pleasant stay.

The friendly environment and the family atmosphere, will relax you and make the days of your vacation memorable.

Room information

There are studios available for 2, 3 or 4 people, and two-room apartments for families of 4 to 6 people.

Area information

Agios Prokopis (150 m) - The village is about 5 km from the capital, 5 km from the port and 2 km from the airport. The are many taverns and cafe-bars in the area, plus a few shops.

Other nearby villages include Agia Anna and Vivlos, plus the tourist spot of the Temple of Yria.

Please note, that we we take a surcharge of 2 %, when paid with credit visa card.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 8.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Internet via modem is available in the business centre only and costs EUR 4.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 5.00 per person.

Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
