The family-friendly hotel is located in Portinatx, Ibiza’s most preserved area, where the natural landscape remains intact and unspoiled by mass tourism.

The hotel is on the beach front, where the placid waters make it an ideal place the whole family can enjoy.

There is an array of facilities and activities provided by the hotel. So that you and your family have a relaxing and enjoyable holiday, you can enjoy a dip in the pool and soak in the Mediterranean sun. For the children there is a Water Park, with a range of fun activities suitable for all ages.

The hotel has amazing views of the sea and natural surroundings. The town of Portinatitx has a range of small bars and restaurants, an intimate place where you can unwind.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
One child under 12 years is charged 25 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.
One further child under 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.
One older child or adult is charged 35 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Internet via modem is available in public areas only and costs EUR 6.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Meals and selected beverages are included in the roomrate.

Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
