Agnadema Apartments is a new luxurious resort located in the heart of Caldera, thus offering a magnificent panoramic view of the volcano. Guests will be mesmerized on their own sunbathing terrace, overlooking the unique volcano, the blue all over the Aegean Sea, and the most breathtaking sunsets in the world.

Room information

The picturesque residences combine elegant tradition with modern comforts. The traditional rooms, family apartments and marvelous suites can accommodate 2 to 5 people.

In addition to the listed facilities most rooms consist of a wooden loft bedroom, vaulted ceilings, a living room, bathroom with jacuzzi and private terrace.

Area information

Our hotel is located in Firostefani, a small traditional village on the cliff that offers breathtaking views of the unique volcano and the Aegean Sea. It is 900 metres from Fira town, or a 15 minute walk by a path that overlooks the Caldera.

Children policy

Children up to 5 years old can be accommodated free of charge, sharing parents' room. For children older than 6 years old, a fee of EUR 20 per child, per night applies.

Cancellation policy

For the period of July 16 - September 5, you can cancel free of charge at least 14 days before the date of arrival. For cancellations later than 14 days, you will be charged with 50% of the total reservation cost. --- For all the other periods, you can cancel free of charge at least 7 days before the date of arrival. For cancellations later than 7 days, you will be charged with 50% of the total reservation cost. For no-show (for all periods) or for earlier departures, you will be charged with 100% of the total reservation cost.
