Staying in our traditional building, you would be able to enjoy a Santorini's traditional hospitality. We are located at the highest spot of Fira, and only 500m from the centre of the village. Each one of the apartments has its own colour, can accommodate from 2 to 4 people and can offer you fully equipped kitchen, TV, telephone, music, daily room service, and private balcony with incredible view, in order to enjoy unforgettable sunsets. We also offer Jacuzzi, Mini bus (for 15 persons) for free transfers upon request, parking and our own business with car and bike rentals.We can also offer wedding services.

Kafieris is located in Santorini island, in the village Oia a few meters away from the heart of night life and shopping area. From Kafieris there is easy access to all parts of the greater Santorini area using public transportation means such as bus and taxi. We are located only 50 meters from the conference center Nomikos. Free transfer from / to the airport or the port, upon request.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Extra beds are not available.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
