Each beautifully decorated studio and apartment has a fully equipped kitchen which makes it possible to enjoy some of your own meals in the garden.

Set amongst an aromatic flowers and within an olive grove, you are sure to enjoy the charming setting. At just 500 metres from Naoussa's square, you are also not far from the bustle of daily life in Paros.

The accommodation is more like a guest house with a beautiful outdoor sitting and dining area in an aromatic flower garden. With personal service, staff will try to make you feel at home.

It is centrally located within walking distance of the beach, the square of Naoussa and many local amenities.

The luxurious, spacious studios are beautifully designed and decorated, have a private balcony and can sleep 2 or 3 people.

The 2-bedroom family apartment has beautiful furnishings, a living/kitchen area, private balcony and can sleep up to 7 people.

Area information

Naoussa is regarded as a pearl of the Aegean, one of the prettiest places to visit. The picturesque fishing harbour has been a popular sight for many visitors, photographers and artists. The rather small oval shaped island has a beautiful coastline and numerous small and larger bays.

The crystal clear waters will attract you, the aroma of wild herbs and spices will mesmerise you, and the hospitality of the local people will win you over.

Tourists information

To ensure you arrive as effortlessly as possible we will personally pick you up from the port and transfer you to Sunset by minibus, free of charge. Please contact the hotel in order to inform us about your estimated arrival time.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged 10 % of the room stay per night for cots.
All older children or adults are charged 20 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
