The Laokasti Villas complex is situated in the beautiful settlement of Oia in northern Santorini. Oia is one of the most famous holiday spots in Greece, due to the incomparable view of the Caldera, the volcano and the spectacular sunset. The Laokasti Villas in Oia is a traditionally style complex comprised of 17 spacious and comfortable hotel studios, apartments and villas. The complex includes well-designed hotel facilities and offers excellent services.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 4.00 per hour .

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 6.50 per person.

Parking: Free Private parking is possible on site.
