At the entrance of the magical village of Oia, in a quiet area with view to the Aegean sea, the surrounding islands and the unique sunset, we have created a traditional complex of 12 modern studios respectful to the traditional cycladic architecture. Our traditionally furnished and decorated studios, comprising of bedroom, bathroom, comfortable balconies or verantas with panoramic view.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Baby cots are not available.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: No internet access available.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary.
