The complex consists of studios, rooms and apartments for 2 to 6 people.

These A' class complex is open all year and situated next to the famous black sandy beach of Perissa.

Hotel information

The hotel has a seawater swimming pool, children’s pool, poolside bar and snack bar.

There is a breakfast room with satellite TV and in-house movies where you can enjoy your buffet breakfast each morning and the best cocktails in the evening.

The hotel has multilingual staff at reception. There is a daily cleaning service and room service.

From October 15 until April 15, all outdoor facilities such as pool, jacuzzi and breakfast area are closed.

A minimum of 3 night's stay applies for all periods.

For September bookings, enjoy free sunbeds and umbrellas on Perivolos beach in front of our taverna.

Food and beverages

A rich buffet breakfast is served beside the pool.

The pool bar offers a range of great cocktails and Santorini's finest specialities, such as Fava beans.

Please note that all the outdoor facilities are closed during the wintertime from 15 October to 15 April.

Buffet breakfast is served until the end of September.

Within 100 meters from the hotel: you will find Perissa village with many restaurants,typical Greek taverns, gifts and souvenirs shops, bars, supermarkets, travel agencies, bakery, laundry, small post office and many more.
There is the watermania park 500 meters from the hotel.
Horse riding club.
scuba diving and diving school center.
Note that some of these attractions close for winter time around 15th of October and untill 15th of April.

Tourists information

Only 50 meters from the hotel is the bus station, buses are running to different part of the island till late at night depending on the period you are visiting the island.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged 20 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 3.00 per hour .
