Short description

The Birds is a small newly build deluxe hotel with 2 maisonettes and 4 double rooms situated in Perissa very close by the black sandy beach in a nice and quite spot close by the center of the village.

The birds also have some new building close by of new Apartments.
Our new houses are situated in Perissa village 300m from the beach in a very nice and quite spot. All houses have separate bedroom and can accommodate from 2 up to 5 people.

Hotel information

There are free arrival transfers from the airport and port from 08:00 to 23:00. Please inform the hotel (through email or fax) with the flight details at least 5 days prior to your arrival.

There is no free transportation for one night stays.

Area information

Santorini lies at the south end of the prefecture of Cyclades islands in a distance of 128 miles from the port of Piraues. The area of the island is 75 square Km and its population 7.328 people (1981 census).

Santorini can be reached by air from Athens with two flights per day or by ferry from Piraues with frequent departures through the year. During the summer period there are additional flights between Santorini and other islands, and charter flights from abroad.

There are also nautical connections between Santorini and many other Cyclades islands, Dodecanesse, Crete and Thessaloniki. Local boats take the island visitors for daily cruises to the volcano and to the nearby island Thirasia.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 6 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Baby cots are not available.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 3.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms only and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
