Our small complex of studios is built in a traditional architectural style, beautifully situated at the end of the town of Skiathos within quiet surroundings.

The street in which our property is located features a dead end, so there is no traffic and no noise. Despite such a tranquil position, we are 5 minutes walk from the city centre, actually from the pedestrian street of Papadiamanti where there is a shopping centre. Within a 3 minute walk, there is a small supermarket where guests can obtain the necessary food for their meals. However if you use the nearby ring road 200 metres from the hotel, you can take advantage of the 2 large supermarkets in the vicinity. The hotel is also 8 minutes from the port and 5 minutes from the bus station.

Each studio is fully equipped with a kitchenette and all common facilities.
Each has its own entrance and private veranda or balcony facing to the lovely yard filled with flowers.

Area information

Insular enchantment, golden beaches, green landscapes and the endless blue of the sea are the characteristics of this island. The glowing and idyllic Skiathos looks like an emerald on the priceless necklace of the Aegean Sea, considered as the most beautiful island of the Aegean archipelagos. Dense pine trees cover the mountains of the island, while the trees reach the beaches creating an exotic impression.

Located in a quiet neighbourhood of the beautiful town of Skiathos, we are 2 km from the airport, 500 metres from the port and town and 850 metres from the beach. Next door is the newly built gym: Fitness Spa, but you can use the facilities of the 5-star La Piscine hotel 100 metres away, as long as you use the pool bar.

Within a 5 minute walk, there are supermarkets, but the number 3 bus stop is on the ring road only 200 metres from the hotel. There is a bus every 10 minutes which goes to all the lovely beaches such as Achladies, Vromolimnos and the popular beach of Koukounaries.

Skiathos is reachable by Ferries from Agios Constantinos or Volos
and it takes abt 2 and half hours , while the Speed boats which dont take cars need abt 1 and a half hour.
Taxi tarif from airport is abt 9 euro while from port abt 6 euro and bring you in Amalthia in 5/8 minutes time.

Your reservation is guaranteed with your credit card, but you will need to pay at the hotel by cash only.

It is imperative that you email us with your time of arrival at least 5 days before arrival date.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
