Opened in August 2004, the Tobacco Hotel is the transformation of one of the oldest and most historic tobacco houses of Thessaloniki into a 1st class city hotel.

Located only 15 minutes' walk from the city's commercial centre and the main shopping streets, it offers quick access to the heart of Thessaloniki. It is also very near to the railway station and port, while only 5 minutes' drive from Thessaloniki's International Trade Fair.

Our hotel offers 57 luxurious and functional rooms which satisfy the needs of both business and leisure travellers.

Simply yet tastefully decorated in pale or dark colours, with a wood and marble alternation, these rooms have a classic and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are also equipped with spacious bathrooms, as well as internet access and facilities.

Our hotel is centrally located in a very quiet street, located close to Agios Dimitrios Street. It is very close to the Ministry of Macedonia, Thrace and the well-known Agios Dimitrios Church.

Within 5 minutes walking distance, you will find the bustling Aristoteloys Square, Tsimiskis Street and the famous Ladadika. It also offers quick and easy access to the city's shopping centre.

Davitel is very close to the western entrance to the city, facilitating the guests who arrive by car.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 18.50 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the business centre only and costs EUR 8.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
